Why am I shivering when I go to take a shower even though it's not cold?
So for the past few days when I woke up and got naked for my shower I would start shaking like it was 20 below even though it was like 70 degrees. Also when I was still wearing pants and an undershirt I was fine and thought it was pretty warm it’s just when I take it off my body is saying it’s nice but my brain is saying it’s really cold so I start to shiver…any help?
Your body might phsycologically give respond to the condition where you are going to touch the water….
Do you wake up and take it in the morning? That might be it because your body is fresh and your body is warm from the sheets?
It could mean that you may had a fever.
