Would it be a bad idea to take a cold shower?

Even if I get cold and shiver for a few minutes? o-o Would that be okay or really bad for me.

I love taking cold showers .__. I shiver sometimes, it’s normal.

If you’re looking to cool down, that’ll work, but not for long. All that’s going to do is shock your body until you warm up again. If you really want to cool down, take a slightly hot shower so that, when you step out, the air surrounding you feels cooler.

I take cool showers all the time. cold water in the shower is the same as pool water or beach water
