running/ jogging a mile.

okay so I need to know about how many minutes it takes to slowly run/jog one mile? if you have any idea please anwer this because im not sure that I’m able to slowly run a mile or not and I have to do it in 2 days.

im pretty in shape and I would say if im really trying to run a good mile I would do it in 6. give yourself some a goal and try about 8 30. you can give it your all since its only one mile and you wont have to go for another one.

That really depends how fast you are / physically fit… I’m pretty sure eight minutes is a good average. I see most people in my high school range from five minutes to about thirteen minutes.

If you don’t sit on a couch or anything all day… you should do fine. :D ( Whatever you’re doing anyways. )

it took me damn near 15 minutes when I was in middle school lol I suuuck at running an di was one of the last ones. I get really bad pains in my heart, dunno why…they say it’s air bubbles or waht not. I work out a lot though, I love the treadmill and I jog on a high incline for about an 1:45 minutes. I don’t really stop. when you stop you never want to get back on but I push myself anyway. I can jog but running I’m terrible at

I think 8 is a good time if you dont run often.. maybe im wrong. lol
