what is a good amount of miles to run in one day for a 13 year old on the track team
It depends if you have been running for awhile. I started at 1 and 1/2 miles then worked up to 7. If you run more than your body can take you can pull a muscle or damage a joint. So think about your health before you decide o rnnng ver long distances.
depends on what event you are doing in track if its long distance then 4-5 miles. if its a sprint then work on endurance and speed. good luck in track! =]
I would say a good, simple amount is running five miles a day. If you have extra time (maybe a weekend) I would run 8-10 miles.
