what i did when i started running was i first started running a half a mile and then walking back to my house. then i bumped it up to running the whole way. then i went a little farther. and so on and so on. you have to take your time. it took me about 9 months to work up to easily running 8 miles without stopping. and you feel really good afterword. some people's stamina grows faster than others. mine grew pretty slowly. and another thing is don't drink or eat to much before you go. but do make sure u stay hydrated.
alright well i do run haha nd one thing u need to stop urself from doing its hard but its possible. u cant panic ur self. when u feel like ur not breathing enough u start breathing heavier nd fast nd it does not help. u just need to control ur breathing and run. try not to notice ur breathing. it will pick up on its own when u start running. try running with some1 nd try to listen to music.
Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth, and don't run first, get yourself slowly adjusted to a specific task, start walking "x" amount of minutes/hours then jog for "x" amount of minutes/hours till your body can handle running long amounts of times and repeat the process till you're good to go :)
im outa ahape and I can run for a very long time I just need to keep ma breathing somewhat slow or atleast normal
