How can I lose weight without the fear of becoming anorexic?

Im 14 years old and abit over weight, I want to loose just the right amount of food to get that perfect figure I once had but im scared of becoming anorexic! I’ve heard many storys of people dying and I dont want that! All I want is to loose weight in a short period of time but heres the problem; -my parents wont let me diet or attend a gym -whenever I see food im tempted and ill eat anything (apart from red meat) -I wouldnt say I have 3 meals a day, its more like a very large meal with 1/2 an hour breaks -when I dont eat I feel starving -and I’ve tried drinking more water, than what I eat but it doesnt help

Stay really active, like if you have a dog walk your dog, and try to run with him/her. It would exercise you and the dog. Don’t starve yourself either.

I am struggling with the same problem. I went to this really good health class and learned that you have to burn more calories then you take in. and 3900 calories is one pound. dont freak out by that number because you are always burning calories you just got to do something extra to burn more. and remember you’re only supposed to lose around 3 pounds a week. one time I lost 10 pounds in a day and started freaking out. and maybe you can eat some more fruits. and more smaller meals but more of those meals. like instead of having only 3 meals, you lesson the amount of food you eat at a time and give yourself 4 meals a day.

I know that was pretty lengthy but its working for me.

well how I keep myself looking good! is running track in school or any where I can find! and with out starving start by eating more fruit. or play some baske ball or football with your friends outside. and what helps with bellys is jump roping. and also sit ups work to. frm mikala.
