Romeo and Juliet are responsible for their own deaths. There were a lot of miscomunications that lead up to the events, but in the end, they each killed themselves. If they would have just been patient, their families would have resolved their issues becuase they loved eacvhother.. or at least romeo won’t have though juliet was dead.. .I mean she woke up immediately after he died. if he had waited 2 more muntes, they could have run away together.
it was their own fault. even if you ignore the fact that they killed themselves, they were both being really dramatic about it. you have to remember that the whole play takes place in like, 2 weeks. sorry, but there’s no such thing as “love at first sight”. so, them seeing eachother and automatically deciding that they were in love was stupid. they set themselves up for disaster.
