I’m assuming your talking about pull ups where u pull your body vertically usually with the goal of creating a 90 degree angle with your arms and then repeating)? if so then unless you work out or have good upper body strength then no. I started doing pull ups at work we had a bar that went across a hall way and every time I would pass it I would do what ever I could and then over the course of a month I got to where I could do 30+ but starting out I would get half a pull up if that. it takes training to get any results physically.
