How many sit-ups and push-ups do you need to be able to do in a minute to pass the law enforcement physical exam?

This summer I will be in a law enforcement class and I need to pass a physical the first day for a grade and I need to start training to be fit enough currently I do almost 50 a minute and I really need to be able to do this for military training too so I am hoping someone could help please it would be appreciated? This by the way is my future career so I need to get started on getting more physically fit.

Answer #2

I don’t think there’s a specified number - you just do as many as you can, and you’re grouped that way. Just for the record, 50/minute is a really good start.

Answer #3

I know in the military, more specifically the marines you need to get at least 100 in a minute.. so i think you are off to a good start

Answer #4
