I heard somewhere that you can do as many sets as you want, but you should only do 7 a set. I'm Captain Flemsy Arms, so I'm certainly no example, but I'll relay the message :) Do the sets a couple of minutes apart and build up those muscles boy.
You should always do as many as you can....if you feel like you can do 100, then go ahead!
Just remember to stop and rest if you start feeling woozy or not so well...
its depends. i am pretty fit but i can only do 20 to 30 at a time but i try to do around 50 or so a day. i just go until muscle failure
that's true, but try not to over do it, and only do them like once maybe twice a week. eat protein.....
Uh, however many their body can handle.
