Actually no, I looked it up. The name Shih Tzu is both singular and plural, similar to deer. So the plural is actually Shih Tzu.

I looked it up in my Dictionary and it gives:

“… plural shih tzus or shih tzu …”

so I would say both are acceptable and you may use either according to personal preference.
