How painful can it be removing my wisdom tooth?

Depends on your pain tolerance and how well you follow your doctor/dentists instructions. I don’t handle pain well and it wasn’t that bad for me. I was just really swollen. The only problem was that I didn’t take care of mine properly and developed a slight infection a week or two later. The pain meds that they give you are excellent. Mind didn’t even make me nauseous (which is usually the case when I take medication in the form of pills).

It’s not as bad as it looks or sounds.

However, by the way you phrased this question, it sounds like you are planning on removing it yourself? If so, please don’t…leave that to the professionals. If you do it yourself it will most likely be very painful…

If you get it done by a professional (dentist)…it won’t be that painful. They usually numb it, and make the experience as comfortable as they can. Also, they give give you pain medication to ease the pain.

The actual procedure wont be painful, they use anesthetics to numb the area. Afterwards, it depends (I honestly think it depends on how good of a surgeon you have, mine did an amazing job). Mine didnt hurt at all. I started taking the pills before the anesthesia wore off and kept taking them every 6 hours for a few days. If you dont allow the pain to start in the first place it is helpful.

Ever been Kicked in the face with say a lil BULL CHARGING AT YOU AND DOESNT STOP TO CRAB THE T SHIRT AND JUST RUNS ALL AROUND then stops on yur jaw then u bleed.Then it hurts and watch out for the dry sockit !
