im 7 weeks pregnant what excerises can I start doing ?
They say that if you didn't exercise regularly prior to getting pregnant, it's not wise to change that once you are pregnant because your body isn't used to it. Doing things like yoga can help you though with breathing and relaxing, which will come in handy for delivery. Regular walks will do some good as well, just don't over-do yourself.
there are stretches you can do to reduce pain...google it! you are going to have lower back pain and pelvic floor pain...you deffinately want to look those stretches up!
