My boyfriend keeps getting muscle spasms in his leg and its been going on for like 4 days. He plays football so I dont know if that would cause it? Is this normal?
Dehydration or overexercising his muscles. Get him a magnesium supplement, that should help with the muscle spasma and make sure he drinks a lot of water.
not normal but it happens, have him drink more water that always helped for me
he could be dehydrated or he could of pulled a musle
