I did 100 sit ups last nite, I usually do about 20 sit ups for gymnastics, and now my stomach muscles are kiling me! did I pull my stomach muscle? how can I cure it? it really hurts! thanks
you cure it by pulling in the opposite direction. and no you didnt pull a muscle. you just over worked your muscles at the time.
thats what happens when you do 100 situps! lol
