Lose weight because a muffin top is nasty. Don't just focus on your abdomen because you cannot pin point fat loss. Try walk/running for about 5 days a week. Make 2 of the days intense and the other 3 long distance.
Make each session for about an hour or so. It is good to build up before just going all out.
