-5'4 -about 118 -1 or 0 Jean -muffin tops big time :/ -I only eat breakfast, half a sandwhich, and dinner and usually don't excersize -I do gymnastics to try to tone -has gained weight since Xmas
1) Wear larger jeans. (If you don't believe in 2&3.) 2) Your diet fails. Your body most likely is not getting enough calories and is in starvation mode, therefore keeping the fat for energy. 6 small meals throughout the day or large breakfast full of protein, smaller lunch, smaller dinner and a snack before 7pm for a total of 4 meals. 3) Exercise, not just gymnastics.
You're a zero and you're complaining about muffin top? Are you kidding me? I'm not even going to try and answer this question because it's ridiculous.
Eat fewer calories and exercise more...and if you're still unhappy get lipo. There are no secrets to being fit.
