Can someone please tell me how to lose weight in the upper body and midsection without losing weight in the lower body. I'm naturally thin but have a fat stomach. I gain weight in my midsection not in my hips, thighs, etc. How can I lose weight on top to be more proportionate?
I am like that too. I am thin but my tummy is my problem spot. If eating a healthy diet and doing exercise (aerobics, swimming, yoga, cycling are effective) does not work you may have to accept that this is the way your body is. I feel conscious of my tummy too but I asked if guys minded a tummy on a girl on another website- no one said that they didn't like a bit of a tummy, most people said that they didn;t mind at all if a girl had a bit of a tummy and some people said that they actually find a girl who doesn't have a float stomach to be attractive.
There are all sorts of exercises you can do, just do ones that worth that area. Also eating more healthy and staying active will benefit you during the process.
