Can I legally move in with my aunt?
I’m currently 14 years old because I don’t like my parents and I was just wondering if I could move out of my mom and dad’s house to legally live with my aunt?
Legally: 1) find out the ‘age of majority’ in your state (Most 18)
- find out the requirements for filing for ‘emancipation’ in your state

At 14, you cannot legally move out of your guardian’s house unless married, in the service, or with a legal emancipation.
If your parents approve of the move in with your aunt, it should be okay.
