well i dont believe so….that tale has existed for a very long time and i believe came from the whole werewolf thing…but science has found very, very little evidence of it actualy affecting people’s attitude or behaior.

Apparently, scientific reaserch says it can. people made up the tale of werewolves because of when the moon was full. when the moon is full, its pull is at its greatest, towards earth. The theory of werewolf was made, with people who lived near water, who also had a high water count. Sometimes, with the moons pull, their moods would change, making them more angry, and overreact, or make them very sad. which, after overexageration, created the tale of werewolves. :)

Not very scientific, but I seem to get restless and want to wander on nights with a full moon.

There are some that say it does and others say no. Just witnessing the differences with people you know at both times, when the moon is full it’s like they are different people, when its any other phase they seem normal. It’s weird, but I believe it does.
