loosing weight in 13 days

me and my best friend melissa are going to the beach on the 2nd of august and I need to loose weight really fast and I hate crunches so recomend it to me I want to wear a 2 peice and b proud of my body can you give me good dieting tips :D

Start walking right away for an hour, 5 times a week, drink a lot of water 8 glasses, and if you can do a dvd workout everyday, that’ll help you loose weight.

u can do the lose 10 pounds in 3 days… look it up on google. but you have to follow it.. you have to eat what it says for 3 days than 3 days of whatever then 3 days of the diet again Check it out! it does work..

13 days? Thats not even 2 weeks…

 The most you can loose is 6 pounds.  Otherwise, it would be seriously unhealthy.

weight loss does NOT happen fast it happens GRADUALLY and it can take months to loose weight and see results not hours, not days, not weeks…MONTHS healthy eating and regular exercise is the only right way to loose weight anything else will either damage your health make you gain all the weight back and then some or do both and first you need to see a doctor and get your bmi (body mass index) calculated for your height and age he/she will tell you what weight range your in and how much you need to loose/gain if your not in the healthy weight range see a doctor first because you may not need to loose any weight
