how do I loose weight when I'm 13 weighing 190

I’m 13 I weigh 190 pounds and I’m 5’4 I wear a size 16 in pants. What should I do to loose weight. I play tennis every tuesday and thursday for 2 hours and then saturday for 1 hour and I don’t eat a lot. What should I do to loose weight?

to start loosing weight work towards exercising for at least 30 minutes a day and eat healthy and try to switch any soda drinks, fruit juice drinks and energy drinks with water because there all full of sugar

will im 14 what I did was eat 4 fruit per day and 4 cups of water per day I did exercise for 30 min and the other 30 min I dance or go for a run and I loss 10 pound in 1 weeks and a half try it is might work for you

just dont do anything drastic…and stay away from crash diets… because its true… you’ll loose the weight, but youll gain it back twofold. just do your best to make smarter healthier food choices and keep up the good habits with your workout routene! : )
