What part of your body does jogging help loose weight?

I’m 13 & I weight about 54kg I don’t look fat? Everyone thinks I only weight about 45. But I don’t I want to loose weight in my thighs. Does anyone have any easy exercizes? & to thin my tummy or anything. Pleasee someone help?

well, jogging is good as it helps maintaining your body from all sides…do some push ups and downs for the stomach to be flat…
