I heared drinking green tea can help loose weight so I want to try going on a diet of having it with breakfast and dinner. Would this help me loose weight or just be a waste of my life. I have a really busy schedule so I don't really have time to exercise.So does this diet work??? Thanks!!! :P
ummm, well actually I think you can in a way- but its not like a miracle thing. you can loose weight if you do it twicce daily without any food entering your mouth.. but thats kinda too m uch not eating for like a while and s=juss drinkin.. but you know what you should defiently look it up on google about green tea because I heard a lot of good things bout iit- it helps wrinkles I think too or watever haha my frind drinks green tea ... I don't know I know it helps thou! lol :)
I drink green tea... It is just for a healthy balance though = ) Its full of goodness... and it wont make you lose weight over a week... you'll need to be patient... but eat healthy stuff too! = )x
Nope~ It sure tastes good, though. I'd go on a Low Fat diet, and work out if losing weight was really important. There are no easy ways to do things properly, dove.
