I've recently been doing a lot of walking for a fund raising event, how can I shed the muscle I've gained on my legs?
You should actually keep the muscle and lose the fat around it to make them slimmer. Muscle however, is not very difficult to lose. If you let it, the muscle will begin to catabolize or eat itself away from the lactic acid that your body produces.
Muscle is a good thing! Why would you want to get rid of it?? Anyhow, just not using it will get rid of it. Stopping the extra walking you're doing will make the muscle melt away.
Okay thank you. And it makes my legs even bigger, and apparently I'm fat, so I can do without the extra weight.
