I have really good muscle tone in my legs but it makes them kind of thick and I want to have skinny legs how can I keep the muscle tone keep fit but have skinny legs ?

There are a couple of ways to try and target weight loss to your legs.

  1. Stationary bike – ride it!
  2. Go up and down stairs, as many times as you can.
