Leg muscles

Is jogging enough to build your legs or would you have to do leg presses and etc? I just usually do push ups, sit ups, pull ups and jogging.

squats or jumping on a trapoline plus jogging and your legs will b looking great. ;)

jogging is good but you should also do some squats and lunges because it doesnt hit all the main muscles
