Does listening to music while trying to sleep effect the quality of sleep?

i was just wondering because every morning i wake up i feel extremely exhausted and fatigued and though that maybe that was the cause.

It shudnt, if it did they wudnt say put music on for ur baby to go to sleep

Actually that is easy to find out. Stop listening music before bed. See the result in a week. If you feel better, then that is why. However, If you have to listen to the music, try those of soft or classical ones… There are these musics that are intended to napping babies and stimulate the brain growth too. Hope that helps :-)

When I was in the field in the military we had generators that ran 24-7, then we would pull out and the generator would not be running. I found it hard to see the first week after pulling out cause of the lack of noise.

Chris i have the same issue, i listen to music and have a fan going in my room and i cant sleep unless i hear the noise of the fan

You can actually buy devices creating “white noise”, such as the sound from fans etc.

I listen to music every night when going to bed

Scientists say that when u fall asleep listening to music u are only half asleep even when u cant remember what song ur listening to.But as i am a person who falls asleep listening to music i dont think its THAT bad :)
