Do the hours I sleep effect my ability to get pregnant?

My husband works from 6pm-6am So I stay up till 4-7 am and wake up at 2pm or later is that messing my periods up?

Answer #1

It may - but your ability to get pregnant though is based on when you ovulate. You need to chart your cycle and that will increase your chances of conceiving.

Answer #2

Yes. It can affect your period. Your body has a cycle. And by staying up that lae all the time. It throws your body off that cycle. But you can still get pregnant if you keep trying probably, but still talking to a doctor would be your best bet.

Answer #3

It could be the culprit but neither I or the other users here are doctors. Sleep is very important to your overall health but could it impact you that severely? I dunno.
