is something wrong with me?

everyday during school I think about stress and school and I nearly start crying. when I get home I can lay on my bed and cry my eyes out. often I cry myself 2 sleep. is something wrong with me? could this be the reason for my so called”anxiety attack?”

ummm…well when I was in high school I had days when I was sad for no reason ,and I had days when I was excited and hyper alll day ..and then I would get home and be hit with this wave of sadness and I would go in my room and cryyy non stop for no reason at all:( to this day I have no clue why that was maybe it was stress.

you could have anxiety and depression. I used to do that all the time and then I went to see a doctor about it and they decided to put me on zoloft, it’s worked ever since.

Most def it can cause anxiety or “panic attacks”. What kind of grades are u getting?? are you just getting by and being fussed at by your parents or are you on the honor roll with straight A’s and being pushed/forced by your parents to make those A’s. Either situation can cause stress and enough of it can cause the anxiety you have and lead to these “panic attacks” and other health problems.

You need to speak to someone, doctor or counselor preferable… it sounds like you are slowly but surely having a nervous breakdown. I went through the same and ended up in hospital…so if you need someone to talk to you’re welcome…

It started with extreme tiredness, crying after getting back from schoo/l/university. inability to concentrate. then I started throwing up every morning, cause my body couldn’t handle any food and eventually it got so bad that I was sick even though I didn’t eat anything and one morning it was so bad that I just threw up profusely and started shaking and couldn’t get up (panick attacks and mood swings also included) and ended up on medication and in hospital.

I am not saying it will happen to you…everyone reacts differently, but it seems like you are burning out…basically when you are stressed for extremely long periods your body doesn’t react to it so well anymore… You need to take a break and speak to someone about school getting you down. Don’t leave it till later…it might get worse.
