... Thats exactly how I am... I feel fat even when I take a bite of something... So I dont eat, unless my blood sugar is really low and I get really dizzy and light headed, then I eat half a banana and 4 crackers lol... And even then I feel extremly guilty.. =S
Feeling guilty about having half a pizza or a lot of cake - I can totally understand and find logical. But in your case I sincerely believe you need to get some professional help.
Food is supposed to be a joy and not a burden to worry about. My grandma says all the time; "I wish I ate all the delicious food in the world while I had the chance, instead of worrying about my stupid dress size"
You need help. It is bad that you feel guilty, because you need to eat in order to live. A way to think of it is the food you eat isn't going to waste. I feel bad when I drop food on the floor, but not when I eat it because it is serving its purpose as fueling the body.
You shouldn't feel guilty for eating... our bodies need food, that's why it exists. Eating food is something people should do in their everyday life. Half a banana and 4 crackers aren't enough, not even for a child. You need to start eating more...
You should eat the things that are useful to you because the body needs food that contains vitamins. If you refuse to eat, your blood will decrease. This is a disaster. If you want to slim all the things that do not contain too much fat
