Okay, so at lunch, I wasn't really hungry and usually I'm starving (unless someone makes me really mad.) I didn't ear anything but seven little bitty cookies and then a few hours later when I got home, I ate a pack of pop tarts and felt sick to my stomach. Finally, when it came time to eat dinner which did not involve anything sweet, I got a plate the size of a tiny frisbee and I couldn't eat 1/4 of it without feeling nauseous. I then ate cake later for my birthday and I still feel a little sick. Is it normal to feel this way occasionally? I should add that earlier in the day, I felt very light-headed.
Okay. I need to adjust my diet. I also need to add that the bight before I ate normal food at normal amounts and the next day I wasn't even hungry. I didn't really want to eat the sweets but my mom thinks I'm becoming anorexic because I'm always getting annoyed with my jeans being too tight.
You're feeling sick because you're filling your body with crap ... a change in diet is necessary.
I think this diet is not good to your health, you need some healthy nutrients.
