Would it be a bad idea to not eat anything, but just drink green tea for one day?
Let me say that I am a really healthy eater, I am not going to become anorexic or anything like that. Thanks!
Yes, that is considered crash dieting and its bad for your body even if its just a day. Your missing tons of nutrients and calories that are needed by your body to function properly.
no be cause my school did this thing dont eat for 24 hour for child hungar to show us how they feel n stuff so if a school let us do i think you will be fine for just one day just make sure u do it for only one day though
For one day no, I’ve done that before. It was a detox. Just make sure it’s only green tea and honey with no added sugar or anything.
would a sweetener like stevia or splenda be okay?
Lmao what kind of school that are trusted to look after children ask them to starve themselves
Is it for loosin weight or something else?
no because you are cleansing your body from toxins, everyone and awhile this can be good for your body, green tea is very benificial.xxxxx.
It depends on why. It wouldnt exactly hurt if it was for one day. Plenty of people fast or detox for a day.
trust me i tried and it dosnt work. your body will go in starvation and every food you eat after, your body will absorb more of the food then usual making you gain even more weight.
what you should do is slowly reduce your calorie intake a few days before… then go on the green tea thing for a day. :) then sowly buil ur metabolism back up. :)
not really, i wouldn’t mind that but the goal is for more of a detox kind of thing :)
I agree with mandyloo, i wanna add something, Once you stop taking in food, your body goes into ‘famine’ mode, which means it stops burning calories and intaking nutreints, eg.
