okay here , how old are you first of all?. and is everyone in your family thin too?. could be genetic if it is you problebly have a high metabolism. what you want to do is start a bulking diet. powerlift and try start off with 3 meals per day , and then gradually eat up to 8 meals per day. your problably young so testostorone will help quite a bit. eat proteins around um… 115grams per day , and your calorie intake should be double your weight. do powerlifting it helps a lot I do it on my off season’s and it helps a lot. try take multivitamins and glutamine. creatine is pretty much a coin toss I wouldnt worry about supplements. also a few cheat snacks should help a bit. but dont over do it k? , and when you lift start with 10x3 with modernate weight and after 3 months switch to 6x3 , and then after 6 months start with the 5x5 , and you’ll see the stretch marks lol. hope this helps.

How to GAIN weight?

First, determine from the information below, what your weight should be. Then set yourself goals of a week, 2 weeks, a month, 3 months, 6 months and a year. As you see yourself meeting your goals it becomes easier.

BMI (Body Mass Index) is a measurement of body fat based on height and weight that applies to both men and women between the ages of 18 and 65 years.

BMI Classification

18.5 or less Underweight

25 to 29.99 Overweight
30 to 34.99 Obesity (Class 1)
35 to 39.99 Obesity (Class 2)
40 or greater Morbid Obesity

Check out your BMI at the bmi calculator site below to see where you stand.
