Ok so my question is if a girl takes “the morning after pill” the next day after sex and the condom didnt break and everything went great would it mess anything up in her system?

yep she migh throw up or get really bad cramps, or some even miss there period the next month but it really just depends.

Nope - If she gets sick don’t be surprised, I don’t know if it happens to everyone who takes it but a day after I took the morning after pill I was puking my guts out all day, it sucked.

Why would you take the Morning After Pill if “everything went great”? But anyway she just might feel a little sick/crampy and also might have a temporarily messed up menstrual cycle for a bit after.
