I don't understand why are older brothers so prottective I understand that siblings look out for each other but why do they care so much about who you date and what you do and stuff ? My parents travel a lot with my mom modeling and dad on buisness and some of my brothers are over 18 and some arn't so they stay take care of me while my parents are traveling but my brothers like care SOOO much when I date and even to little details what I eat! Don;t get my wrong I love them but why are they like this and I know they love me but why are boys like this? if you can help that would be great thank you so much
I have an older brother. This is how they see it:
your there younger sibling they can always tease in a loving way, they don't mind bothering you because you will still love them and they arent there to hurt you, but when some other person is in the picture they can feel threatened even if that person is so sweet to you
it is there job to make sure there sibling is safe
he only cares for your safety, maybe you should try talking to them by saying that you know they love you and you appreciate them protecting you but sometimes its too much
communicate with them, they will still love you

It's all about loving you and caring about your safety and health.
also they are curious about what you do withother people because they want to know where you are who your with because they want their little sibling to be completely safe in their eyes even if its a bother in your eyes
