Also, maybe look up Autogenic Training on the website Be Brain Fit for another free technique you can learn yourself at home. Lots of other advice for relaxing on that website too.
Maybe look up progressive muscle relaxation exercise. You can learn it quickly and there’s no need for any materials. Keep practicing each night so you can relax better.
