I have insomnia, and I've only taken a nap during the day once and it was because I was sick. but how come today I took a 4 hour nap so easily..dreaming and all..when I cant sleep at night cause my insomnia?
because win you git older your body needs mor sleep I feel a sleep for all day befor and it felt good
