I cant sleep ever!

its like 2:30 in the morning here and I cant sleep. for weeks maybe a month or 2 I havnt been able 2 sleep good. I stay up till 8:00 in da mornin sometimes. most of the time its 6-7:30 I fall asleep at. what should I do to sleep better. I have to go to shcool in a couple weeks and I have to wake up at like 5 in the morning to get ready and catch the bus. thers no problems going on in my life right now, well besides one thing, but its happend before and I didnt have trouble sleeping then. how can I go to sleep better

Pick up a bottle of Melatonin pills from your local vitamin or health store. It is a natural substance in the body so is not harmful or addictive.

Take one at bedtime but make sure you allow yourself 7 to 8 hours for sleep.

take some sleep pills, and if you dont like pills theres this stuff thats called meletonan. (sorry I spelt it wrong:/) but it disolves in yer mouth and helps you sleep after a while.

just try to go to sleep like 20 minutes earliar each day until you reach an apporiate times:)

take bendadril ? Or take advil pm, stuff like that ?

I can’t sleep well either, I might have a symptom of insomnia from something else. What I usuall do it take a melatonin pill each night, (Its herbal so don’t worry about the pill) and a nice WARM glass of milk. Both of these have been scientificly proven to help sleep.

Another thing is that you need to get into bed at least a half hour before you want to sleep. Try these tips as soon as you GET INTO bed.
