I used too have this cute big roundd butt till I gained weight andd now I guess I have no muscle my butt was hard now its not and has dents...somebody help me =)
find exercises in magazines (such as seventeen or cosmo),on the interenet, or at your local gym that focus on the butt area. it should firm up with a routinue exercise and less junk-type foods. =] less carb intake will help the firming.
I don't know exactly how to answer that but I guess get one of those bo-flex things or something Im sorry I guess thats just not my type of question.
