Getting back on the training diet

Im 21 and very interested in fitness. About 6 months ago I started a very strict diet and workout routine and got quick results and big gains. At the time I almost enjoyed the diet and I felt great. I have since fell off the wagon and I cant seem to be motivated enough to get back on, instead of just eating the junk I love so much. Any ideas

Sometimes you get demotivated because you start to get bored of your routine. Swap your old exercises for different ones. You can also swap indoor gym exercises with outdoor ones like hiking, swimming, etc. Always add variety and always challenge your body.
