I am struggling with geting rid of all the wieght in my stomach area. I had 2 kids and my youngest is 2 and I've had zero luck! I loose wieght everywhere else but there! Any moms out there have any tips for this problem area?
Exercise is the most obvious one and it's very good if accompanied by yoga. Yoga will do wonders it really shapes people's bodies well. Not to mention relaxing. But you need to run or swim because yoga can't just get your former shape back by itself it needs some back-up...
Pilates is the only only I haven't tried. I will check it out and hope it works!
Swimming, running, and yoga. Pillates are also very good.
