I really need to lose 5-10 lbs in one month, but I also wanna get leaner. Any tips or ideas on how I can do this??
Eat lots of fruit and vegetables. Eat less than your normal calorie intake. Exersize at least 30 minutes a day. :) I've been doing this for the last three months and it has made a huge difference. Hope this helps
As kenna264 said, eating a lot of fruits and vegetables helps. as well drink water. Check for sites that offer a test to see how many calories you need daily.
