How to tone my legs and arms

I’m currently on a diet and I do a lot of excercise I am loosing the weight but it looks like my arms and legs are still chubby looking. Is their sppecific excercise I can do to loose the fat in my arms and legs?

Do a lot of push ups like at least 50 a day. And do squats. It has helped me.
