toning my legs

will walking 3 miles on saturday and 3 miles on sunday will tone my legs fast? also doing the 30 day shred workout everyday? please help me people, thanks.

Toning your legs, try to do squats and lunges. Those are what really tones up your legs fast. Trust me =P I got huge legs. lol
