How to lose weigh if you're a teen.

Okay. Here’s the question. I’m not pregnant. I weigh 118 pounds and want to take off 5 pounds… How do I do it?

Answer #1

“first of all, don’t skip meals like the post before me.” not meals…meal. singular. we’re talking about 5 little pounds. you could probably drop that just by not having seconds this week. or cutting dessert for a couple days. or wearing shorts instead of pants. if I switch from shoes to flip flops, I lose 5 pounds. I can weigh myself twice in a row, and get an answer that’s 5 pounds different. my point was not to tell you to go anorexic, but simply not to worry about a wimpy 5 pounds. I’m just saying maybe you should grow up…and lulu, too.

I’m 6 foot, and by doing some situps and pushups every night, I’ve gone from 205lbs to 190. And I don’t diet worth crap.

first of all, don’t skip meals like the post before me. you actually burn more calories throughout the day if you eat all three meals (at least).

second, cut calories in little ways. Go for a low calorie salad dressing (or none at all) and definitely eliminate soda like whiskeygirl said. you don’t have to take sugar out completely though. be calorie conscious and more importantly know what a serving is. A lot of people don’t lose weight not because they’re eating fatty foods, they’re just eating too much food. get everything you want for a meal before you sit down, make sure it looks like about one meal, and don’t eat until you’re full.

also try to avoid eating when you’re stressed out or really late at night. sleep, drink water, and if you get the munchies eat fruit or low cal crackers instead of candy/chips. don’t forget to exercise to build muscle tone!

good luck, and don’t lose too much weight sweetie. if you want to lose five pounds you should be 5’3” or 5’4” tall otherwise it might be unhealthy.

5 pounds?! you’re worried about losing a measly 5 pounds? I dunno, skip dinner tonight; boom, 5 pounds. geez, I can take a dump and lose 5 pounds…

Answer #5

k.. so here it is you have to cut out sugar… if you drink soda.. try to cut it out dont drink any cause that contains lots of sugar and sugar = fat!!! so you dont want that and another thing to keep in mind is to atleast get your 45 minutes of exercise a day… that helps too and eat healthy!!!
