Just eat healthy ..and walk a lot and don’t stay in your house on the comp or playing video games get out and play sports and stuff!:) It will probably take more then a week..But I don’t know?

first you need to see a doctor and get your bmi (body mass index) calculated for your height and age he/she will tell you what weight range your in and how much you need to loose/gain if your not in the healthy weight range see a doctor first because you may not need to loose any weight

its not healthy to loose a lot of weight in such a few time, you should at least wait for 4 weeks to see results, start eatin healthy and excersicing, any cardio is a great way of burnin fat. (when I say eatin healthy doesnt mean you have to stop going to mcdonalds or wendys) it just means that when you go, know what to choose. Oh and very important, drink LOTS of water..
