how to lose weigh and fast?

hey my name is hannah and im 5 ‘6 like 180 pounds im freakin huge and I really hate the way I look, and I was just wondering how I could lose weigh and fast?

It doesn’t happen over night, tough once you get in shape, it’s easier to stay that way.

Push ups and and situps for starters. It will hurt like heck for the first couple months, but you have to push yourself(within reason) to make any progress. Start with 20 situps and sets of five pushups(at least 3), then workj your way up each wek, or sooner, if it gets too easy for you. After the first month, if you push yourself, you should have strengthened your heart enough to jog for short distances. Find out how long a mile is around your neighborhood, then go for a mile at least 3 days a week, and jog or run for 60 seconds at a time every few minutes in there. Eventually, you should be able to jog the whole time.
