How to get back on my diet?

how to I get back on my diet??? I gained 5 pounds in 2 weeks. I hear you can lose it in the amount of time you gain it. how many calories should I eat a day?? I want to look like sarah jessica parker’s body and I have a belly bump. thats the main part I hate

Being skinny and being healthy are two seperate things. A diet isn’t meant to just lose weight but a diet is something to maintain health.. it’s a lifestyle not a temporary solution. Basically what I’m saying is eat the necessary things we need to live.. fruits, veggies, carbs, nuts, water, etc. That doesn’t mean you have to completely cut out sweets or things you really enjoy. Just exercise, cut out all unnecessary foods such as fast foods and pretty much any processed foods. Other than that, love your body because 20 years from now you’ll wish you had it back.

I have the same probelm as you stomach problems I eat bout 800cals a day sometimes I go over like 1000-1500 but most of the time I eat that but I have some problems.

I would prob eat 1500 cals a day and do some kind of workout situps walk etc and you should loose it within know time just watch what you eat
