How to get myself back on my diet?

I’ve been off my diet for a week now. and everyday I try to get back on. but it donest work.

how do I get back on???

I don’t know whats making me eat. but I eat shiiit and dont stop.

I want the metal diet metnality back!

prayer Prayer PRAYER, honestly, pray without ceasing meaning every time you get a private moment, whisper to god for strength, willpower and slack in appetite. he will do it if you believe. I love god, but hate religion. its a very personal relationship. he will help you if you seek him privatelyl, he will reward you openly. along with strength to eat whats good for you. I begged god to make the cravings for a lot of things go away, and he took the cravings. develop that personal relationship with him and see if you dont develop strength you never knew that you had. believe me, I have cheesecake, and substituting graham crackers is only possible with help from my private coach. remember, we are praying to a king who can do anything. give it a try.

heeey…do what I did …lol because I had the same problem as u:

make a bet with sumone, who can loose the most weight in a month, or two months..ETC

have a prize ie: $50…or sumehting… you will want to most likley beat that person for the prize…

im am doing this…I started DEc 3rd..it ends FEB 3rd…I weigh 140…I need to loose more weight then one of my friends… I have been doing pretty good, because I want to win and show them I can do this because many know how I keep sayin imma loose weight and never do…haha… what I do is, eat cereal in the morn, then eat a normal lunch, then at night (not too late) I eat a orange or apple..I took out soda, fastfood, junk..etc…

I feel that if you suffer for two months, the ending will be rewarding…u can do it! just do it for 2 months… after you will have lost weight, then you can eat a lil more of what you want, but in order to not gain it back, exercise daily and cut eat smaller portions…

Just stop. Breathe. Tell yourself you dont need it. Excersize it all off.

Willpower is key. I have a great deal of it lately.
